Neville, he has some natural talent I would say, he's a good negotiator, he has a very good strategy which worked to our advantage when we bought the house.
We couldn’t believe it when he negotiated about $25,000 off the asking price. Neville and Damali were very patient with us. So we don't find them pushy at all. They respect your time, and move to your speed. If you want to go fast, they will find you something, really fast, if you want to take your time, they will also respect that.
